Stationed in ChicagoThis is Hannah and Sam Jeffers story Hannah is a divorced woman and owns a flourishing coffee shop Unfortunately for Hannah a homeless man has been found dead in suspicious circumstances behind her business Detective Sam Jeffers is the leading Detective on the caseI enjoy books of this enre although this book for me was somewhat formulaic I had an idea early on who the culprit had to be The romance between Sam and Hannah felt rushed There wasn t any build up to the relationship to make it believable Hannah was a woman who lacked self confidence due to her previous marriage and I found it difficult to invest in how uickly she and Sam came together
And The Steps That Sam Took To Protect Hannah I the steps that Sam took to protect Hannah I I just wanted of an emotional connection between Hannah and SamIt is an easy read a very uick read although it didn t really offer anything new to this enre Strangely enough there were uite a few typos etc in the first chapter ie heroine instead of heroin but none in the following chaptersThis is the first book that I ve read by this author an okay It was a very cute story I read it in less than 3 hours I think Really oodI love how you write You are one of the only authors that know how to keep the main characters in the book together and monogamous throughout the whole story I find that you are only one of a few authors who can pull it off It s KaBOOM!: One Entrepreneur's Quest to Build Community SAVE PLAY! great and it makes your books so much real and compelling I really hate when authors put misunderstandings in the story just to take up space It definitely takes away from the story when they do that Congratulations on anotherreat book Gina 365 uirky Coffee starsThe book was ood but could ve been reat The plot was such that it would ve suited a long and elaborated book but the story was in comparison short It was sort of a predictable read I almost already knew about the killer and it turned out to be the same so not much of a mystery theiroverallit was ood read but there is still a scope for improvement.
