Great book much of the content explains the writers life studies and journey There is a lengthy section which details the foundations of exercise which I is a lengthy section which details the foundations of exercise which I find beneficial even with "A Vast Knowledge Thanks To Years Of "vast nowledge thanks to years of in a variety of sport and a sport science degree This Is All Broken Down Into Lamens Terms Though For Beginners all broken down into lamens terms though for beginners for those who just want to now in the simplest way what the writer is talking aboutThe rest is then divided into sections providing programs and explanations of what excercises to do when to do them how to supplement them with the right foods etc and for what purpose they serveDependent on what you re looking for this book provides 2x20 week programs which alter in 4 week cycles and 1x12 week program which can be utilised anywhere and everywhereHighly recommend this book Believe the hype Ross Edgley is a highly successful fitness pro and entrepreneur fair play If that s what you want to read about him and food and him and how fabulous he is and him and products from his company then buy this book I bought it based on the tag line How to Train for Anything Everything Anywhere Everywhere and I was very disappointed The book is a sycophantic autobiography liberally scattered with self aggrandising anecdotes and promotion of his own food products than a book about how to train If you want to worship at Ross Edgley s shrine and learn sod all about how to train you ll like this book If you want a book that does what the tagline on this title claims look elsewhere Informative and fun I m not sure if the author has a short attention span but the paragraphs rapidly jumped from topic to topic Some people might find this annoying but I was fine with it I would not describe this as a cover to cover read a reference book full of articles and anecdotes I took the information that was usefull to me and ignored the stuffed that was irrelevant to me That said I found alot of interesting information in the book and I uite liked the authors attitude and writing style But maybe not everyone cupcup of tea This is beautiful book with thick glossy pages and lots of photos charts and graphs The author relates a number of his fitness adventures and how he trained for them Pros interesting stories and tons of fitness research and principles Cons the editor either has horrible ADD or was overwhelmed by the volume of material and did not want an 800 page book There are recipes in the middle of stories stories with no pictures of main characters and workouts peppered throughout the book This might be intentional given the THE SUNDAY TIMES BESTSELLERHow to train for anything and everything anywhere and everywhere The Worlds Fittest Book is set to become every fitness enthusiasts bible Dubbed the bodys complete user guide it will become the go to resource for learning all you need to now about building muscle losing fat eating healthy cake and unlocking your superhuman physical potential Packed with workouts the author tried and tested in the pursuit of multiple world records its than a book its the greatest training tool ever written Designed for anyone who wants to make permanent and lasting changes to their food and fitness its the first book to combine the teachings tips and tricks of Olympic and World Champions into one easy to follow resourceThis book will show. ,

The Worlds Fittest Book: The Sunday Times Bestseller from the Strongman SwimmerOwever this book was a letdown in many ways Rather than simply talking about his accomplishments and how he trained for them he does a poor job of trying to mix in tonnes of research in a very unorganized method It s hard to read and it s not very entertaining either He tries a subheading of How to Train for Anything Everything Anywhere Everywhere which really wasn t the point of the book at all Really enjoyed ross stories the tone of writing was refreshingly modest The book was very easy to read for anyone with little A cristalli liquidi (Italian Edition) knowledge of fitness and nutrition the terminology is easy to understand due to plentiful explanation by ross which is backed up with support studies and professional adviceThe method created by Ross is so simple and easy to understand that it motivates the reader to explore their own physical challengesI expect the book to be around for a long time as it can be used for reference for almost every aspect of physical progressionIf you re looking to improve your physical fitness and don tnow where to start or are confused with all the different terminologies in the fitness industry this book is the one for you It s all the different terminologies in the fitness industry this book is the one for you It s straight to the point facts backed up with evidence and mixed with humour and motivation What could you ever want from a fitness book This is probably one of the most impressive fitness and nutrition books I ve ever read While I ve read many of them over the years I can say withou Not what I expectedit I ve read many of them over the years I can say withou Not what I expectedit out to be This book is a mix of a memoir a fitness manual and a de bunker of conventional fitness adviceThis is about how Ross went around the world and learned about how people from different cultures and occupations lived and trainedAn example of this is how he trained with the Royal Marines lets just say it put everything he did about to train to shameNow this book does go into detail about how to train based on his travels and his mentors but you ll be suprised when you see it I personally havent read anything like this since American Shaolin and am truly enjoying every bit of itRoss thanks so much for writing this Its an awesome book that needed to come out sooner rather than later This book contains basic information that is easily found on Google and from commonly read sites for people interested in fitness and bodybuilding It reads like a less complex version of Tim Ferriss 4 hour body but with Edgely uoting himself through outGood for someone who I've Got a Home in Glory Land: A Lost Tale of the Underground Railroad knows next to nothing and wants tonow where to start A waste of time for someone who has spent 2 years being interested in personal fitness and nutrition. Inds and athletic bodies in history By learning the lessons within it readers will understand fitness better than the vast majority of the population Every chapter will have an easy to digest workout within it and can be read individually But if you want to read the stories and the science behind the routines thats there too Until now there hasnt been a book covering such an ambitious range of areas catering for the casual fitness enthusiast seeking clarity and guidance in their own gym routine and itchen habits as well as the seasoned sportsperson whos hit a plateau and is searching for tips tricks and tweaks they can make to their training and diet This book changes that and will take you on a journey to whatever level of fitness you want to fin. Hort attention span of most adults but I disliked the format Bottom line if you are committed to a fit lifestyle you ll love this book Little disappointed just one amazing persons life documented some famous people uotes and experiences and fair few references to his company protein worksIts not inspired me 15% of the book had some helpful parts to it for me a person trying to get fit have to gleam these from the rest Lots of storeys but they didn t inspire For me this was average at best nothing new here if you ve been involved in fitness for a while andor have any type of sports science background A lot of the wording feels like it s come right out of the theory part of GCSEA LevelUni PE so for me I didn t learn anything new at all I bought it several months ago read it once in one sitting and it s been sat on the shelf ever sinceHowever this takes nothing away from Ross himself who is obviously a VERY nowledgeablefitlikable individual If you have no fitness Dragonsbane knowledge at all you ll learn lots but if you do have priornowledge and you Lonestar Sanctuary know your aerobic from your anaerobic and younow your law of progressive overload definitions etc you ll probably come away disappointed and like me regret the purchase What I liked about this book is that it does not numb you mentally with an exceedingly long list of does and don t What this book does very well is to present principles rather than prepackaged routines It encourages you to think and to learn about fitness and healthYes you could spend a lot time than how long it took for you to read this book to find the same information as someone pointed outWhat I did not like were some of the ingredients of the included recipes in the book However this is a common problem Where I live and work I cannot find faux meat burgers sausages or scramble in the local supermarkets except at a regional fast food chain which sells a veggie burger But I did not purchase the indle version of this book for the recipes I purchased this book to try it out I am going to buy the paper version of this book I was really looking forward to this book because of Edgley s physical accomplishments in endurance He Did Things Like Walk A Marathon While things like walk a marathon while a car climb a rope enough times to reach the peak of Mount Everest and most recently swim around Britain with a 100 lb log in tow These acts of endurance have created a sort of world s strongest endurance athlete aura not to mention that he is always absolutely shredded at all times I ve heard on him on the London Real podcast and he is a nice well spoken athletefitness expert You how its possible toLive below 10% body fat with The Aid Of Chocolate And aid of chocolate and secretsAdd 27% muscle mass courtesy of tips from world heavyweight championsIncrease speed by 10% thanks to gold medal winning Olympic sprintersSuat deadlift and bench weights you never dreamed of lifting with the guidance of the worlds strongest menImprove endurance capacity by 60% thanks to the nowledge of world champions in multi endurance based sportsall of which the author has achieved during the 10 year Fitness Pilgrimage that has taken him around the globe Aiming to be the most eclectic and comprehensive fitness guide ever created The Worlds Fittest Book is the sum and substance of over a decade of research and the collective wisdom of some of the greatest ,
